Returns

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

  • Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you with next steps via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 business hours of delivery at orders@zenlabswholesale.com

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Items not purchased directly from ZenLabs Wholesale.

  • Products returned beyond the 30-day window.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Pack and ship the items securely to ensure they arrive in original condition.
